Your anonymity is protected by Louisiana Revised Statutes 15:477.1.  The MCC has not, in its history, disclosed the identity of an informant.  We will not divulge your identify unless you have given us permission to do so.

We appreciate all information received by anonymous tipsters.  However, it is often necessary for us to ask additional questions about the information provided.  Therefore, we ask anonymous tipsters to place a follow-up phone call seven to ten days after submitting a tip so that we may ask questions regarding the information provided. Please remember that you can remain anonymous if you wish.
